About Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her)! I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist and trained Art Therapist, and I’m so glad that you are here!

I offer an empathetic, compassionate approach to counselling. I am passionate about creating a non-judgemental space and welcome all clients to find comfort and safety to share your story. My therapeutic approach is client-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I draw from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory, Art Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Somatic Therapies. I am also a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).

Outside of counselling you can find me getting lost in a book with a cup of coffee, watering my plants, practicing yoga, and enjoying the outdoors with my family and our dog!
